Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable. My own lived experience with a physical disability has given me a deep, personal understanding of daily struggles and the profound importance of an empathetic listener and guide. I know first-hand the anxiety of starting therapy, and my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process what you need.

I see our work as a fully collaborative effort where you are in the driver’s seat, and I am your guide. I offer a gentle yet challenging approach. My unwavering support during the whole process is meant to encourage the growth you need to move to a healthier, happier self.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who firmly believes that everyone deserves to be heard. My own journey through mental health challenges and the profound gratitude I hold for my positive therapy experiences have led me to this belief and the resulting work. I see every individual as the expert in their own life. I see my role as one of bringing curiosity and helping you recognize the strengths and resources you already carry to navigate any set of hardships you might be going through. Our work together is a collaborative space for healing, and I take a non-directive approach to therapy, using humour as a therapeutic tool where appropriate.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I approach therapy with a warm, collaborative, and individual-centred mindset. I firmly believe, and have observed in my practice, that therapy works best when it feels like a safe conversation, where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My own journey through grief showed me the healing power of feeling supported during difficult times. Now, I am motivated to walk alongside you with compassion, helping you find clarity and manageable steps forward. I want you to leave our sessions feeling heard, more hopeful, and empowered.
