Family physicians and nurse practitioners
If a patient in your panel needs talk therapy and your usual wait list is long, refer them. Ontario clients can typically be seen within two weeks. The free first session under CANADAHEALS means the patient can decide before any money changes hands, which makes it easier for you to refer comfortably. Patients who are not yet ready to book can also message a Saalvio therapist with questions first, at no cost and no commitment.
Walk-in clinics and primary care groups
When a clinic sees more mental health presentations than its on-staff capacity can hold, we are a regulated next step. A formal referral protocol can be set up so your front-desk team has a single number to give patients.
Employers and benefits teams
Add Saalvio to your benefits ecosystem alongside your EAP and extended health plan. Two common shapes: a sponsored session pool for employees (Saalvio invoices the employer monthly), or a preferred-provider arrangement where employees still pay through their extended health plan but get expedited intake.
EAPs
Saalvio is not in-network with major EAP networks today. If you operate an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and want to add our clinical team to your provider list, the partnerships line and the partners inbox are the right place to start.
School boards and post-secondary institutions
Student mental health programs ask for capacity, cultural responsiveness, and quick intake. Saalvio's clinical team includes therapists experienced with adolescents, university students, and immigrant families. Contracts are typically annual, with a session pool sized to the student population.
Other clinicians and clinics
If you are a clinician with a wait list or a scope that does not match a client (different modality, language, or jurisdiction), and you would refer them out, our partnerships team can take a warm handoff.
