Your subscription is billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play, processed by our payment partner Stripe under their terms. Saalvio never sees your card data.
Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access until then.

Yes. Thrive AI is available on the free tier with a limit of standard usage cap per day. As a standalone online therapy app feature, that is enough to get a real sense of what Thrive can do. Paid plans raise the daily cap and unlock AI-guided exercises, cognitive games, and calming music.
Your subscription auto-renews at the regular monthly rate of whichever plan you picked: Saalvio Starter $4.99, Saalvio Plus $9.99, or Saalvio Pro $14.99 CAD. To avoid the auto-renewal, cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings before the renewal date. You keep the rest of your free year either way.
Cancellation happens through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not through Saalvio. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Saalvio, tap Cancel. On Android: Google Play app, tap your profile, choose Payments and subscriptions, find Saalvio, and cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Apple and Google set their own price tiers and currency rules. The price in your store may differ slightly from the CAD prices listed here because of conversion and store-specific rounding. The store's price is what you pay.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time through your app store subscription settings. Apple and Google handle the prorating. Whether the change is immediate or takes effect at your next billing cycle depends on their policies.
Yes. Online therapy in Canada is available through Saalvio for Ontario residents, with expansion underway across Canada. The app's self-help tools are available across North America. Messaging a therapist before your book is available wherever therapy is offered.
