About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable. My own lived experience with a physical disability has given me a deep, personal understanding of daily struggles and the profound importance of an empathetic listener and guide. I know first-hand the anxiety of starting therapy, and my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process what you need.

I see our work as a fully collaborative effort where you are in the driver’s seat, and I am your guide. I offer a gentle yet challenging approach. My unwavering support during the whole process is meant to encourage the growth you need to move to a healthier, happier self.
